These Terms of Use govern access to companionclubbooks.com, operated by HeroesMart. By using the website, an adult visitor agrees to these terms. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising a child’s use of the site.

Website purpose

The website provides information about The Companion Club books, authors, and developing community programs. Website content is for general educational and informational purposes and is not medical, mental-health, legal, pastoral, or other professional advice.

Adult-managed activity

Purchases, contact, subscriptions, and future program enrollment must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 should not submit personal information directly through the website.

Book purchases and third parties

Links to Amazon or another retailer take visitors to a third-party service. The retailer controls product availability, pricing, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and its own terms and privacy practices. A link does not transfer those obligations to HeroesMart.

Godly Kids Network status

Descriptions of the Book Club or Godly Kids Network are informational while the program is in development. They do not constitute enrollment, acceptance, a guarantee of availability, or a promise that every proposed feature will launch unchanged. Final participation terms, fees, schedules, consent documents, and safety rules will be provided before registration opens.

Intellectual property

The Companion Club names, characters, stories, artwork, branding, page designs, and original website materials are owned by or licensed to HeroesMart and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Visitors may view the site for personal, noncommercial family use. Materials may not be copied, republished, sold, modified, scraped, distributed, or used to train a commercial system without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use
