Our current website safeguards

• The website is designed for parent- or guardian-guided navigation.
• Children under 13 are instructed not to submit personal information directly.
• The current website does not provide public comments, open chat, direct messaging, or child-created profiles.
• Contact, purchases, and any future enrollment must be handled by a parent or legal guardian.
• We aim to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary and retain it only as long as needed for its stated purpose.

A simple rule for young visitors

Do not share your full name, address, school, phone number, password, photographs, precise location, or other private information through this website. If you want to contact The Companion Club, ask a parent or guardian to do it with you.

Before Godly Kids Network enrollment opens

Godly Kids Network is still in production and is not accepting new members. Before any child participates, HeroesMart intends to put the following protections into effect and publish the final rules for families:

• Parent-managed household registration and verifiable parental consent where required.
• Clear adult leadership and moderated group sessions.
• No unsupervised private child-to-child messaging through the program.
• Published expectations for behavior, cameras, display names, chat, technology, and parent presence.
• Defined rules for screenshots, photographs, and recordings; no program recording without the notice and consent required for that activity.
• Limited collection, access, retention, and deletion of children’s information.
• A parent orientation and family participation agreement before access begins.

Responding to concerns

A child should tell a parent or another trusted adult whenever an online interaction feels confusing, uncomfortable, secretive, or unsafe. Adults may report a website, privacy, or future program concern to info@companionclubbooks.com or 1-800-990-9587.

Privacy requests

A parent or guardian may ask whether HeroesMart maintains personal information about their child and may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, subject to reasonable identity and parental-authority verification. See the Privacy Policy for details.
